LEGZ

Luis 'LEGZ' Garcia (Venezuela) seamlessly combines graphics with lettering, and that flavor is what you can find when he expressing thought on any wall of one of our tumultuous capital cities. LEGZ was part of the First Exhibition of Venezuelan Letters, an exhibition held in Caracas in collaboration with the Society of Typography Creators of Venezuela (SCTV) and the Museum of Printing and Design Carlos Cruz-Diez. This exhibition is a milestone in the history of Venezuelan design. LEGZ combines various disciplines and applies them with a deep awareness of scale and color.

A member of the Suprema Caligrafia Crew, a tattoo artist, and always willing to create the image of new brands or reinvent concepts from scratch; his work is not only eye-catching but can also be found in a perfect balance between various contradictions: from manual to digital; black and white or in an explosion of color; in a small notebook or an entire mural. He is one of those artists to keep an eye on.
